RAPE OR NO RAPE, THAT IS THE QUESTION

If the Gregorio Murders was the year ender, this was the year starter. And it being the year starter, it looks ominous. While in the West, something big has also happened, but in the Philippines, it is the first big thing to happen. And I will do a separate article for that.

The death of Christine Dacera, on the very first day of year 2021, raises a lot of question. Why are they allowed to have a party, with that many people? And with the hotel, being a former quarantine faciility, why are they allowed to even go inside. Imagine if they have not gone there, Christine might still be alive.

With her being now dead, it still not clear, whether what is the cause really. But the word is having the most noise at least in the news and social media, is ruptured  aortic aneurysm. But the thing that I heard, especially with Doc Adam, is that it is not very common, among the age of Christine Dacera, to have that kind of death. It is common only with old people, but not with Christine Dacera, who is a young person. A thing that Doc Adam said, which he thinks that might be what have happened, for Christine Dacera to have ruptured aortic aneurysm, is wrong execution of CPR. He could explain it more to his own video. I will just post it under this. And they are statements, that they have done CPR to Christine Dacera.

One thing I don’t understand as well, is that why the PNP Chief Sinas proclaiming the case as already solved. While everyone can agree, that the case is still as blurry and muddy, as the water Marikina River in the time of Ondoy and Ulysses. Why is there a rush to end this case so early? Proclaiming it as solve, and the case as rape-slay. NCRPO Chief Danao, contradict Sinas that physical evidence is weak against rape.

On the denial front, although the conversations about it leads somehow, that there is no rape.Saying that you are gay, that it is impossible for you to have sexual relations with a girl, or at least commit rape, is a weak alibi. Many gay persons, had actual families with a woman. Don’t tell me that they just look at each other, tell stories, and the woman got pregnant. There has to be a going in and out, for a woman to bear child. And the simple thing that gays do, to have sex with a woman, is to go drunk. And according to the news, their are a lot of drinks that night.

And what is very disappointing is, now that the lady was finally laid to rest. Police officials, carry the casket. I mean even if she was to be really determined that she is a victim of the alleged crime. Does she deserved to be carried by police officials, to her final resting place? I mean she violated quarantine protocols. Partying, drinking, with no masks at all. At least for me, she doesn’t deserved that. But what can you do, the PNP Chief has his mananita, and got away with it, with him getting the punishment, of becoming the PNP Chief. I personally don't like him, for his consecutive mishaps, and statement debacles. Mananita, don't take videos of crime incidents, case solved, when its far from clear. Your Excellency, Mr President, force this man to retire at least, if you don't want to fire him, and put a new credible and competent leader of the force.

My conclusions, is that there is no conclusion. The case is very inconclusive at the moment, with the known evidence, and statements. There’s a 50 percent possibility that no rape has happened, yet there is another 50 percent that it has. Eventhough the persons involved are gays. And if this concluded somehow that there is no rape, I think the persons involved, are not yet free from liabilty of how Christine Dacera died. It may not be intentional on their part, but still it has result to her death. They accidentally killed her, with no criminal intentions, is still falling to homicide. And there is still a penalty for it.
